The purpose of this procedure is to strengthen and reaffirm the Bolzoni Group's commitment to an open communication process in which all actors act responsibly and with integrity.
The Bolzoni Group is committed to conducting its business according to high ethical and legal standards, requiring all those who enter into relations with Bolzoni to maintain upright and virtuous behaviour in order not to commit offences and to respect all the fundamental rights of people, as outlined in the various company policies and in the Bolzoni Group Code of Ethics.
The illicit conduct to be reported may concern the following aspects:
- Bribery and corruption
- Discrimination
- Danger to health and safety
- Violations of competition and antitrust regulations
- Violations of privacy regulations
- Damage to the environment
The recent Legislative Decree 24/2023, which transposed Directive (EU) 2019/1937, introduced the new discipline of whistleblowing, which provides for the adoption of anonymous and confidential internal channels, to be used for submitting any reports of wrongdoing within the workplace.
There are three ways to submit reports: written, by logging on to the Alertline website; oral, by calling the toll-free number 800-897-501; and requesting a meeting, via the oral reports hotline, or via the Alertline website.
