Bolzoni Group at LogiMAT 2024 to present the new Home Appliance Telescopic Clamp

Bolzoni Group is proud to announce its participation to LogiMAT 2024 at Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre, in Germany, 19-21 March, 2024, with two Stands: in Hall 10, booth F65 dedicated to forklift truck attachments and in Hall 7, booth A21, fully dedicated to scissor lift tables.
With special focus on paper and recycling, food & beverage and white goods handling industries, on booth F65 in Hall 10 we display a wide range of material handling solutions, including electric and hydraulic driven forklift attachments, a new fork range and several cutting-edge product innovations.
In addition, Bolzoni Group has the pleasure to unveil its latest innovation in white goods handling: the Home Appliance Telescopic clamp with chain pulling concept.

Thanks to its know-how on specific white goods handling procedures, Bolzoni Group enlarges its White Goods attachments range with the new Home Appliance Telescopic clamp, model KT-CF.
Bolzoni Home Appliance Telescopic Clamp - based on Chain Drive System for complete arm synchronization –and is specifically designed for the handling of pallet-less loads, e.g. washing machines, in confined spaces such as containers and trucks.
The combination of a chain drive with a tubular arm guide system provides an extreme wide opening range of 380 to 2.380 mm (15" – 94"), with minimal chassis width.
Thanks to its technical features this clamp represents a benchmark in efficiency for warehouse and logistics operations: the optimum synchronism of the arm travel and a maximum of speed make it a state-of-the-art attachment in white good industries.

This is how we move it
Well protected cylinders actuate the inner arms, while the external arm set is powered by a chain drive. The intelligent arrangement of the drive components, such as the cylinders, chains and tubes, provides an optimum of visibility for a safe and efficient operation. The robust chassis construction consists of 4 chromed guide bars.

Main technical features of the KT-CF clamp are:

• Capacity of 700 kg @ 350 mm (1,550 Lbs @ 13.8’’) load centre
• Wide opening range of 380 to 2.380 mm (15’’ – 94’’), with minimal chassis width, offering a high operational versatility
• A minimized weight provides an optimum of forklift truck residual capacity
• Benchmark in efficiency – the fast arm travel speed supports the handling efficiency
• Full synchronization of arm movement with the BOLZONI Chain Drive System
